So v\u0161etk\u00fdmi zamestnancami a pracovn\u00edkmi sa bude zaobch\u00e1dza\u0165 konzistentne a spravodlivo v s\u00falade s touto politikou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Zamestnancom s ochoren\u00edm s\u00favisiacim s alkoholom alebo drogami sa odpor\u00fa\u010da, aby to ozn\u00e1mili pri najbli\u017e\u0161ej pr\u00edle\u017eitosti, aby si zabezpe\u010dili podporu a pomoc pri lie\u010dbe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Priestupky v s\u00favislosti s alkoholom a drogami sa bud\u00fa rie\u0161i\u0165 v s\u00falade s disciplin\u00e1rnou politikou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probl\u00e9my s doch\u00e1dzkou alebo dlhodob\u00e9 ochorenie s\u00favisiace s alkoholom\/drogami bud\u00fa rie\u0161en\u00e9 v s\u00falade s politikou nepr\u00edtomnosti v chorobe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><b>Pravidl\u00e1<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1sadou spolo\u010dnosti je, \u017ee po\u010das pracovnej doby a po cel\u00fd \u010das, ke\u010f s\u00fa zamestnanci na pracovisku, musia by\u0165 bez vplyvu drog alebo alkoholu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pom\u00f4\u017ee to zabezpe\u010di\u0165 zdravie a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 zamestnancov a in\u00fdch os\u00f4b, s ktor\u00fdmi pr\u00eddu do kontaktu, udr\u017ea\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a efekt\u00edvne fungovanie podniku a zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby z\u00e1kazn\u00edci dost\u00e1vali slu\u017eby, ktor\u00e9 po\u017eaduj\u00fa. Z t\u00fdchto d\u00f4vodov bud\u00fa pr\u00edsne dodr\u017eiavan\u00e9 nasleduj\u00face pravidl\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u017diadny zamestnanec, pracovn\u00edk ani dod\u00e1vate\u013e nesmie:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; nahl\u00e1si\u0165 alebo pok\u00fasi\u0165 sa nahl\u00e1si\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce, ke\u010f nie je sp\u00f4sobil\u00fd* v d\u00f4sledku alkoholu alebo drog (\u010di u\u017e leg\u00e1lnych alebo neleg\u00e1lnych**) alebo pri u\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed n\u00e1vykov\u00fdch l\u00e1tok<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; nesmie ma\u0165 na pracovisku alkohol alebo neleg\u00e1lne drogy<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; nesmie z\u00e1sobova\u0165 ostatn\u00fdch neleg\u00e1lnymi drogami na pracovisku a v \u010dase kedy sa nach\u00e1dza na projekte;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; nesmie z\u00e1sobova\u0165 ostatn\u00fdch alkoholom na pracovisku<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; nesmie u\u017e\u00edva\u0165 alkohol alebo neleg\u00e1lne drogy alebo zneu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ak\u00fako\u013evek l\u00e1tku po\u010das pr\u00e1ce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; nesmie u\u017e\u00edva\u0165 neleg\u00e1lne drogy alebo zneu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ak\u00fako\u013evek l\u00e1tku po\u010das \u010dasu kedy sa nach\u00e1dza na projekte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*To, \u010di je zamestnanec schopn\u00fd pracova\u0165, je vecou rozumn\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru vedenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">** Neleg\u00e1lne drogy zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa, ale nie s\u00fa obmedzen\u00e9 len na heroin, cannabis\/marihuanu, koka\u00edn, ext\u00e1zu a amfetam\u00edny a \u010fal\u0161ie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Okrem toho musia zamestnanci, pracovn\u00edci alebo dod\u00e1vatelia:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby boli informovan\u00ed o ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dinkoch ak\u00fdchko\u013evek liekov na predpis;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; okam\u017eite informova\u0165 svojho priameho nadriaden\u00e9ho alebo \u010dlena riadiaceho t\u00edmu o ak\u00fdchko\u013evek ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dinkoch liekov na predpis, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyvni\u0165 pracovn\u00fd v\u00fdkon alebo zdravie a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 ich alebo in\u00fdch (Napr\u00edklad ospalos\u0165\u2026)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poru\u0161enie t\u00fdchto pravidiel je hrub\u00e9 poru\u0161enie pravidiel a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 podnikne disciplin\u00e1rne konanie za ka\u017ed\u00e9 poru\u0161enie t\u00fdchto pravidiel, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 skr\u00e1ten\u00e9 prepustenie. V pr\u00edpade agent\u00farnych pracovn\u00edkov alebo dod\u00e1vate\u013eov m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 slu\u017eby okam\u017eite ukon\u010den\u00e9 pri poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u00fdchto pravidiel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ak existuje d\u00f4vodn\u00e9 presved\u010denie, \u017ee osoba je pri nahl\u00e1sen\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce alebo po\u010das v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce pod vplyvom alkoholu alebo omamn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (napr\u00edklad ak bola z dychu tejto osoby c\u00edti\u0165 siln\u00fd alkohol), mus\u00ed by\u0165 poslan\u00e1 domov okam\u017eite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Okrem toho bude dr\u017eanie alebo obchodovanie s neleg\u00e1lnymi drogami v priestoroch spolo\u010dnosti bez v\u00fdnimky nahl\u00e1sen\u00e9 pol\u00edcii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pomoc a podpora<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa bude sna\u017ei\u0165 zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby rady a pomoc boli dostupn\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00e9mu zamestnancovi, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee m\u00e1 probl\u00e9m so zneu\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm alkoholu alebo drog.
